Paul Gilleece
I am a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience. I have worked in the Independent Review Organization industry for over 25 years. My clinical practice areas include rehabilitation, inpatient and outpatient case management, catastrophic case management, utilization review, hospice and home care.
I started in this industry as a Quality Assurance RN at Peer Review Analysis (would become MCMC) in 2000. By 2005, I was responsible for Profit/Loss, strategy, compliance (both accreditation and IT), clinical quality and had key account management roles for MCMC’s Health Peer Review program.
During my tenure with MCMC, I led the program through three acquisitions, several reorganizations, and a Pandemic. MCMC's Health review program revenue grew 250% (entirely organic).
